These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to sevenposts.com (the "Website"). The Website is operated by Moe Lueker under the Sevenposts brand. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website.
Sevenposts is in pre-launch. The Website provides marketing information and an email waitlist. Joining the waitlist is informational. It is not a contract for service, a purchase, or a guarantee of access. When the product launches, a new Terms of Service will replace these Terms and will govern paid use.
1. The waitlist
When you submit your email through the waitlist form, you consent to receive launch notifications and occasional product updates from Sevenposts. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email we send.
We do not collect payment information through the Website. There is no fee to join the waitlist and no obligation to purchase anything at launch.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to submit your email through the waitlist form.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to abuse the Website, attempt unauthorized access, probe for vulnerabilities, scrape content at volume, submit fraudulent waitlist entries, or interfere with other visitors. We may remove waitlist signups or block access if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.
4. Intellectual property
The Sevenposts name, logo, copy, designs, and blog content on the Website are owned by Moe Lueker. You may share short quotes with attribution. You may not republish substantial portions of the content without written permission.
5. As-is and disclaimers
The Website and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties about availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Information on the Website (including pricing, features, and launch timing) is preliminary and subject to change without notice.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moe Lueker and Sevenposts will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Website, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. Total liability for any direct claim is limited to one hundred US dollars.

8. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. When the product launches, a full Terms of Service will replace these pre-launch Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes arising from the Website or these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco County, California.
